Victor Osimhen wins the CAF Player of the Year award!
This doesn't really comes as a surprise, because he made his team Napoli a spot light and helped picking up a trophy they haven't won in years. He was also nominated for this year Ballon d'Or and everyone knew the caf awards was one which couldn't escape him.
He becomes the first Nigerian to win the award in 24 years! After the great Kanu Nwankwo who won it last in 1999 for Nigeria 🇳🇬
